FLOOR PLANS AT WASHBURNE COURT Washburne Court has 24 living units, including four two-room suites, ranging in size from 221 to 442 square feet. Each unit has room for a bed, living area and kitchenette with a refigerator and microwave. Each unit has a half-bath with a sink and a toilet. The two-room suites have walk-in showers. Included in the monthly rent are: three meals a day; emergency call system; paid utilities (except phone) - cable TV, garbage collection, electricity, heat and air conditioning; and 24-hour supervision. Studio - 221 square feet Deluxe Studio - 281 square feet Two-Room Site - 442 square feet Washburne Court has been designed to create a stong sense of community along with all the comforts of home.
