POSITION OPEN: Patient Financial Representative II

JOB FUNCTION: : Responsible for cash receipts, daily deposits, charge entry, general ledger and reimbursement verification.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

1) Requires understanding of coding, billing and compliance processes for hospital, inpatient/outpatient, and clinic
2) Associate’s degree in medical billing preferred
3) Two years experience in medical billing/claims processing related area preferred
4) Provide cost effective and excellent customer service to both our internal customers and to PAHCS patients/residents at all times
5) Good organizational/detail skills
6) Prioritize and complete work assignments within reasonable and agreed upon time frames
7) Reconcile and submit reports related to accounts as required.
8) Follows facility policies and procedures related to job function
9) Works to identify and improve quality and work outcomes individually and as part of a team.
10) Performs other related duties as assigned.
