Welcome to first annual Healthy Strides 5K! Come join us in this family-friendly 5K run/walk.

Paynesville Area Health Care System is proud to be sponsoring the Healthy Strides 5K and Kids 1K  to take place in beautiful Paynesville, Minnesota. The race will start and finish at the Paynesville Health Care System main campus on Sunday, August 19, and the proceeds from this event will go to the American Diabetes Association and the PAHCS Diabetes Education Department.

5K - 8:30 am
Kids K - 8:00 am

Event Pricing:
5K Walk/Run $25.00 Early Bird Deadline August 14th; $30.00 on Race Day

1K Kids Walk/Run $10.00 Early Bird and Day of Race

PAHCS employees receive a $10.00 discount. Employee discount will be deducted at checkout online.
