700 Stearns Place scores high

Recently 700 Stearns Place conducted their 2004 satisfaction survey of its tenants. The purpose of this survey is to assess the facility's progress toward meeting the quality and client satisfaction goals of Paynesville Area Health Care System.

One objective 700 Stearns Place has set related to quality is to conduct annual tenant satisfaction surveys that achieve a 90 percent score or higher in all surveyed areas, including quality of care and services.

Satisfaction surveys were distributed to all 700 Stearns Place tenants in the first quarter of 2004. Of the surveys returned, the overall satisfaction rate was 95 percent and all but one surveyed area met the goal of 90 percent, with the lowest individual score being 88 percent. In addition, there were many positive comments from families and residents.

"The satisfaction scores we received are a direct indication of the dedicated team of employees we have at 700 Stearns Place," said Coordinator Esther Lunz. "Our goal is to provide excellent customer service in all areas to our tenants and to meet the PAHCS mission."
